BACKGROUND

Producing quality requires continual improvement. If improvements are not forth coming quality is soon lost. Understanding this, Douglas S. Warren a quality consultant for over twenty six years at the time put together an outstanding team focused of discovering how the human mind works to make improvements and how to accelerate this process. These breakthrough understandngs are a result of that effort.
Mr. Warren discovered that all things can always be improved and that we are infinitely capable of improving all things. He found that our capability included specific mental maps that determine the degree of our performance and as we improve these maps we improve our performance. He also discovered the existence of a master mental map which he has named Mind Over Time. This master map he found is used to improve all of our mental maps including itself. He went on to find that as we expand our understanding of this map and increase our mastery of it, we naturally accelerate all of our learning curves while increasing our master all things. Furthermore, he found that as we go through this process we increase our happiness and elevate our perceptions of ourselves. Moreover, that in doing so we increase our happiness which makes it always compelling to improve all things.

Becoming A Certified IMI Coach Or Affiliated Firm
IMI initial objective is to bring these breakthrough discoveries to leaders of organizations and o\through them to the people throughout their organizations. This is being accomplished through Certified Perpetual Improvement Coaches who are associated with Affiliated Training and Consulting Firms. Although individuals can initially be certified to operate on their own, it is the intention of IMI to license existing training and consulting firms and encourage Coaches to become associated with these firms. They provide great support to Coaches in securing and servicing their clients.
As these Coaches go forth and implement and advance Perpetual Improvement within organizations they strengthen personal, family, and community life which very naturally solve social problems, increasing per ca pita income, and extend longevity. They remove fear from the work place which increase cooperation and accelerate awareness. Thereby, they naturally shorten learning curves while increasing the ability to master all things. As this occurs they accelerate the fulfillment their greatest expectations.
As people integrate these understandings into their job performance and leaders work with Perpetual Improvement Coaches to establish an organization structure that fosters and supports improvements their world speedily becomes a much better place.
