THE ROAD TO CONTINUAL FREEDOM

The Mind Over Time Economic Development Institute creates ideal economies for communities and countries and the political and sociological structures that support them. It does so by initially employing Mind Over Time-Improvement Masters to give Mind Over Time presentations throughout the country which provides an essential country wide mind shit from dependent to independent thinking. It then establishes a Mind Over Time-Economic Development Team (MOT-EDT) composed of a selected internationally prominent and highly competent IMI-ED-C Certified Management Consultants. Each member of this team is exceptionally qualified to consult in specific areas necessary to build a strong and viable aspect of a thoroughly researched and acceptable predesigned economic development plan.

The initial aim of the team is to create an ideal fifty year vision of the community or nation. This begins with a through analysis of present and past conditions. This includes surveys that discover the present state of affairs with regard to each aspect of the community or country as well as the related histories and cultural influences. It then conducts research and development planning and cooperation building meetings with all of the present and past special interest groups. These include government departments as well as businesses, political, sociological, and religious groups. The objective here is to receive input as to their visions, concerns, and eccentricities, and to establish their cooperation in developing a peaceful, productive, and cooperative economy and a sociologically and politically sound free society that continually supports that economy. Once this is accomplished a collective three day meeting of three representatives, operating as previously created Quality Improvement Teams (QIT’s), from all related interest groups is conducted by members of the MOT-EDT to create the key elements of the fifty year vision for their community or nation. This is followed by individual meetings with these QIT’s that are conducted by the related MOT-EDT’s members specifically selected who specializes in specific aspect of the plan. These meetings provide specific details as to the elements of the plan that relate to these QIT’s and further their cooperation. Upon securing this information and related commitments the MOT-EDT conducts essential objective research and development that provides the bases for writing the fifty year plan and writes the First Preliminary Plan. The MOT-EDT consultants work with their QIT’s individually to gain their input and approval of the aspects of the plan that effect them. When this is accomplished a Second Preliminary Plan is written by MOT-IMI and submitted to a collective meeting of the QIT’s for their input and approval.

Upon receiving this approval MOT-EDT researches and develops alternative ideal economic, political, and sociological structures that will realize the Fifty Year Vision. These are then submits to each QIT for their input, approval, and commitments of support. This is followed by a three day meeting of all QIT’s to receive their final input, approvals, and commitments. Three months of consulting and coaching is then provided by each member of the MOT-EDT to their respective QIT’s to implement the structures so approved. When the structures are in place highly advanced and easily administrated Mind Over Time-Total Quality Management (MOT-TQM) training and implementation consulting is provided to all of the QIT’s and their constituents. This followed initially by quarterly and then annual surveys to analyze progress and to provide recommendations to accelerate progress.
