MOT-IMI FOUNDER
Background of Douglas S. Warren: Warren has been a quality consultant to management sense 1966 and established offices in most major western cities of the United States. His goal was to reestablish Total Quality Management throughout the US. Fifteen years ago he began a research project on how the human mind works to produce improvements which here to for was not known. In that nothing in nature is static and all progress and therefore quality depends on continuous improvement, he felt that this discovery would be a world changing achievement. The results of this effort have proven to be that significant. They provided the foundation for creating the texts and programs as well as the public speaking presentations and management consulting services, training, and certification programs necessary for an institute to be formed to provide qualified consultants to convey them audiences and organizations. Subsequently he created MOT-EDI to provide that training and certification and continually support the public image of the institute and its graduates. Now these breakthroughs are being employed, as well as continually expanded and perfected, by an ever increasing number of highly competent certified management consultants to produce major advancements for individuals and organizations world wide.
